The Glow-Up Lab — Service Provider Licence

The short version

Build for as many clients as you like — and for yourself; personal use is included. Charge whatever you like. Everything you install is theirs to keep. Your login is yours alone, and the Lab itself stays mine. The long version is below — it's worth the two minutes.

The agreement

This agreement is between Penny In Your Pocket ("I", "me", "the Lab") and you, the service provider named in the form below ("you"). By ticking I agree and submitting this form, you're agreeing to these terms. They apply for as long as your Service Provider subscription is active.

Your subscription — what's included

There are two Service Provider subscriptions. Everything else in this licence applies to both — only what's included, and the switch price if you cancel, are different.

KSP — Full Glow Up Access. Instant access to Pop Quiz (the quiz builder), The Glow-Up Library (the full block library and Finishing Touches) and Cha-Ching (the checkout builder).

KSP/Pop Quiz Only. Instant access to Pop Quiz on its own — personality, scored and assessment quizzes, with their result pages, sign-up forms and result emails. The Glow-Up Library, Cha-Ching and The Runway are not included in this tier.

New blocks and tools are added over time; anything added to your tier is included while your subscription is active.

Personal use is included on both. The Lab isn't just for client work — you can use every tool in your subscription on your own Kajabi sites too, for as long as your subscription is active.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

Both tiers are quarterly subscriptions — they renew automatically every three months until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, no hoops, no hard feelings. Cancelling simply stops the next renewal: you keep full access until the end of the quarter you've already paid for. I don't offer refunds, including part-refunds for the unused portion of a quarter.

Keeping the tools if you cancel

If you cancel your Service Provider subscription but want to keep using the tools on your own sites, you can switch to the matching personal plan by making up the difference — the personal price minus everything you've already paid on this subscription. Once your subscription payments total that price or more, the switch is free.

Just reply to any of my emails and I'll set it up. Switching ends the service-provider side (client connections and KSP tools); the personal tools stay yours.

Your login

One subscription = one service provider. Your login (your email address and the codes sent to it) is for you alone — please don't share it with other service providers, contractors, team members, or clients. If someone else in your business needs access, they need their own subscription. Shared or resold logins can result in access being suspended or ended, without refund.

Client work and fair use

The Lab is licensed for hands-on client work, done by you. Right now there's no cap on the number of clients you can connect — go for it. I do reserve the right to introduce reasonable fair-use limits down the track if usage patterns require it. If that ever happens, you'll get clear notice first, and any limits will be aimed at unusual usage (things like resold access or automated bulk building) — never at genuine client work.

Charging your clients

Your build fees are 100% your business. Charge whatever you like for the quizzes, pages and checkouts you create with the Lab. No royalties, no revenue share, no "powered by" requirement on the work you deliver.

What your clients keep

Everything you install lives in your client's Kajabi account and belongs to them. It keeps working after you disconnect their account — and even if your subscription ends. Your clients never need their own Glow-Up Lab account and never pay me anything.

What stays mine

The Glow-Up Lab itself — the software, the designs, and the code behind the blocks, quizzes and checkouts — remains my intellectual property. Your licence lets you build with the Lab and install the results on client sites. It does not let you copy, extract, resell or repackage the code or designs as your own templates, products, library or tool. And to be crystal clear on white-labelling: you're very welcome to present the finished work as your service — but you must never present the Glow-Up Lab itself as your own tool.

Connecting client accounts

Only connect Kajabi accounts you're genuinely authorised to work on. Connections are made through Kajabi's own official login screen — never ask a client for their password; you'll never need it. When an engagement wraps up, use the Disconnect button on the client's card. You're responsible for the work you do inside your clients' accounts.

The Lab runs on Kajabi's tools

The Lab connects to Kajabi accounts through Kajabi's own official connection (their "MCP" tools), under Kajabi's terms. That connection belongs to Kajabi — they can change it, limit it, or switch it off at any time, without notice. If they do, some or all of the Lab may stop working. I'll always do my best to adapt quickly, but I can't guarantee any feature that depends on Kajabi's tools, and I'm not liable if Kajabi changes or removes them. Anything you've already installed on a site is native Kajabi content and keeps working regardless.

Play nice with Kajabi

Your use of the Lab must also comply with Kajabi's Terms of Service. Don't use the Lab to scrape or bulk-collect data, to get around Kajabi's limits, or to move users or their data to a competing platform. If the way you use the Lab puts my access to Kajabi's tools at risk, I can suspend or end your access — I'd always rather talk first.

Your data

To do its job the Lab stores what it needs: your login email, your Kajabi connections — yours and your clients' (encrypted) — and what you build — blocks, quizzes, deployments, brand kits. When you disconnect a Kajabi account (yours or a client's) or close your account — or if you ask me to, or Kajabi requires it — I'll delete the connected data within 30 days. Want a copy of your personal information first? Ask, and I'll send it in a machine-readable format.

Support

Support comes to you, from me — use the Suggest Something button inside the Lab, or reply to any of my emails. Your clients are your customers: they contact you, and you contact me.

Playing fair

If these terms are seriously breached — a shared login, resold access, repackaged code — I can suspend or end your access without refund. I'd always rather have a conversation first, so if you're ever unsure whether something's okay, just ask. And if your breach of these terms — like connecting a Kajabi account you weren't authorised to work on — leads to a claim against me from Kajabi, your client, or anyone else, you're responsible for the costs that come from it.

The sensible fine print

The Lab is provided as-is. Kajabi is a third-party platform I don't control, and it changes from time to time — I work hard to keep everything humming, but I can't guarantee the Lab (or Kajabi) will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent the law allows, my liability in connection with the Lab is limited to the amount you've paid for your current subscription quarter.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If I do, I'll email you at the address on your subscription, and continuing to use the Lab after that counts as accepting the update.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
