If you created an account on the checkout page, you should be able to log in straight away with those details.

OR... if you're already a PIYP client, then you can use your existing details to

Forgotten your password?
No problem, you can click below to recover it.

If you don't have an account yet

No problem, you'll receive another email with your specific login details.

If for some reason that email goes astray then double check the following first:

1. Check your Spam folder, and your Promotions folder if you're using Gmail.

2. Wait 15-20 minutes just in case those annoying email gods have decided to hold things up.

3. If it still hasn't arrived, then shoot me an email. Let me know which template or theme you purchased as well. I will try to jump on this ASAP for you - and if I'm awake and it's not the middle of the night here in Australia, then that's what will normally happen.

But if our time differences mean I'm tucked up in bed... then you may have to wait a few hours to hear from me. Rest assured I'm not ignoring you, and I'm fully aware of how urgent this is!!!

You can click HERE.

Simple.

Here's a quick video for you to watch, but you can also read the Instructions below it as well. NOTE: yes, it shows a different template but the instructions are the same for all of them.

WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Goto the Download Template Page

2. Click on the Downloads Button. And then click on the file name to download it to your computer.

3. Once the download starts, save the .zip file to a folder in your dropbox or google drive accounts - as a whole ZIP FOLDER - very important -- do not unpack the zip folder.

You should not be able to see any subfolders or individual files - it's one download as a .zip folder.

Work out which part of Kajabi you're in.

Are you wanting to install a Product Theme / Template (against a Product, ie course)?

Are you wanting to install a Landing Page Template (eg Sales Page)?

Are you wanting to install a Website theme?

Each part of Kajabi is it's own animal so to speak. No one theme can be uploaded against each item.

We use Website themes for the Website area.

We use Landing page templates for Pages.

We use Product themes for Products (but only courses, not any other type of product, eg community).

If you have a Community Page Template, this is classed as a Page, and will be uploaded into the Page area - NOT the Community product.

These instructions are for Product Themes you've purchased from my site directly, not for the Kajabi Template Store.

Goto the Products area of your Kajabi site.

Find the Product you want to use the Theme on. And click on that product to open it up.

Then click on the Customize tab. You will see a light grey box with the words "Install Template" on the right hand side of your screen.

Once you click on that, it will open to a pop up window that looks like this:

From here you'll click on 'Upload Template'. A new pop up window will appear that gives you options on where to grab the Template file from. Click on one of those and locate the zip file that you would have downloaded.

Follow the Kajabi instructions to upload that file.

Note: when you land back in the Customize area, you may not see your template. All uploaded templates live in the Installed Templates area - see the image below. You need to click on the arrow to toggle this section open.

You will want to click on the 3 dots on the right hand side of the Template name. A menu will open, you want to choose "Activate".  Once you click on this, it will then move into the ACTIVE position, ie the very first template you see at the top of that screen.

Goto the Website > Design area of your Kajabi site.

Find the Upload Template button, underneath the website template already installed.

A new pop up window will appear that gives you options on where to grab the Template file from. Click on one of those and locate the zip file that you would have downloaded.

Follow the Kajabi instructions to upload that file.

Note: All uploaded templates live in the Saved Templates area - see the image below.

You will want to click on the 3 dots on the right hand side of the Template name. A menu will open, you want to choose "Set to live".  Once you click on this, it will then move into the ACTIVE position, ie the very first template you see at the top of that screen.

You will want to click on the 3 dots towards the right hand side of the top of the Pages page. A menu will open, with the words Upload Template.

Click on this to open up Upload File window.

Simply follow Kajabi's instructions from there.

And remember to make sure you are only uploading the whole .zip file, and it's in the correct area.

First up go to the Settings Tab from within your Offer.

If you scroll half way down the page you'll see the heading "Checkout template".

To the right hand side it will show the Active Template.  You'll want to click on the button "Add new template".

And then click on Upload Template.

Simply follow Kajabi's instructions from there. Locate your zip file, and finish uploading it.

Once it's uploaded it will appear in the Library area below, with any other templates you have installed.

After that you'll click on "Activate" to make this template the active template.

These instructions are for Product Themes you've purchased from the Kajabi Template Store.

Kajabi will send you a link to a zip file in the initial purchase receipt email.

That zip file contains a PDF file and other zip files that are the actual template/themes.

You must UNZIP that initial folder first, and then you will see all the items included.

Find the zip file for the template or theme, and then that is the zip file you will UPLOAD into your Kajabi site.

From there, follow the instructions below.

Kajabi do set image guidelines for the sizes of images in specific spots.

The ones I've added in below are SET sizes, meaning that if you put something bigger in, it will get cut off. So for these places in Kajabi, best to use the recommended pixel size.

The ones below here are more guidelines. These areas are part of the "responsive" design approach, meaning they will shrink and expand based on the screensize of the viewer.  So there's more work with these in determining what looks best on your page and also in regards to your copy that sits on or around the images.

Here's my trick.

So even though Kajabi has some set image sizes it recommends for specific areas of your site, I quite often will use my own sizes - depending on where it is.

I'm often asked how do I know what size you've used....??

This video will explain how you can find an image size - on anyone's site.

There are a few reasons you may need this little trick, but the main one being that you are working in a text block and you need to put an image directly below it -- and it won't stay below it because you have other blocks around it that move or are responsive. [Super annoying!!!]

So this trick gets rid of that issue. You can use it to add an image signature under a paragraph or add an image into a Modal Popup (currently we can only add text blocks)... plus many more places.

Absolutely.

I recognise that sometimes you may want to make changes that are out of the normal scope with your template. You may want to do a little extra tweaking and you'd love to know how. So I have a quick zoom call option for you. It's only available for those that are already customers and own a template.
