The Glow-Up Lab โ€” Terms

Two licences, both in plain English. The Personal Licence covers The Glow-Up Kit, Pop Quiz and The Full Glow-Up โ€” building on your own Kajabi site. The Service Provider Licence covers the subscription for building on your clients' sites.

Personal Licence

Applies to: The Glow-Up Kit, Pop Quiz, and The Full Glow-Up.

The short version

Use the Lab on your own Kajabi site as much as you like. Everything you install is yours to keep, forever. Your login is yours alone, and the Lab itself stays mine.

The agreement

This agreement is between Penny In Your Pocket ("I", "me", "the Lab") and you, the person named on the purchase ("you"). By logging in and using the Glow-Up Lab, you're agreeing to these terms.

Your purchase

Your purchase is a one-time payment for the tier you bought โ€” The Glow-Up Kit, Pop Quiz, or The Full Glow-Up. No recurring fees, no expiry. Anything added to your tier down the track is included too โ€” new drops keep coming.

Your login

One purchase = one business. Your login (your purchase email and the codes sent to it) is for you and your business only โ€” please don't share it with friends, colleagues, other business owners, or anyone outside your business. Shared or resold logins can result in access being suspended or ended, without refund.

Your site โ€” not other people's

This licence covers Kajabi sites that belong to you. If you're building on other people's Kajabi sites as a service โ€” for clients, for pay โ€” that's wonderful, but it needs the Service Provider Licence below instead (it comes with client workspaces built exactly for that). Ask me and I'll point you to it.

What you keep

Everything you install lives in your own Kajabi and belongs to you. It keeps working forever โ€” even if you disconnect, and even if you never log in to the Lab again.

What stays mine

The Glow-Up Lab itself โ€” the software, the designs, and the code behind the blocks, quizzes and checkouts โ€” remains my intellectual property. Your licence lets you build with the Lab and install the results on your own site. It does not let you copy, extract, resell, share or repackage the code or designs โ€” as templates, products, freebies, a library, or a tool of your own.

Connecting your Kajabi

You connect through Kajabi's own official login screen โ€” I never see your password. You choose what the Lab is allowed to do, nothing changes on your site until you press go, and you can switch the connection off at any time.

Refunds

Because the Lab gives you immediate access to digital tools and systems, all sales are final. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents the Lab from functioning as intended, contact me within 14 days of purchase โ€” I'll work with you to resolve it, and if I can't, I'll give you a full refund. My goal is simple: if the Glow-Up Lab doesn't work as promised, I'll make it right.

Playing fair

If these terms are seriously breached โ€” a shared login, resold code โ€” I can suspend or end your access without refund. I'd always rather have a conversation first, so if you're ever unsure whether something's okay, just ask.

The sensible fine print

The Lab is provided as-is. Kajabi is a third-party platform I don't control, and it changes from time to time โ€” I work hard to keep everything humming, but I can't guarantee the Lab (or Kajabi) will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for your purchase.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If I do, I'll email you at your purchase address, and continuing to use the Lab after that counts as accepting the update.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Service Provider Licence

Applies to: the Glow-Up Lab Service Provider subscription.

The short version

Build for as many clients as you like. Charge whatever you like. Everything you install is theirs to keep. Your login is yours alone, and the Lab itself stays mine.

The agreement

This agreement is between Penny In Your Pocket ("I", "me", "the Lab") and you, the service provider named on the subscription ("you"). You accept these terms via the agreement form on your Service Provider welcome page โ€” and by using the Lab. They apply for as long as your subscription is active.

Your subscription โ€” what's included

Your subscription gives you instant access to Pop Quiz (the quiz builder) and The Glow-Up Library (the full block library). You'll also get access to Cha-Ching โ€” the new checkout builder area โ€” as soon as it lands, at no extra cost. New blocks and tools are added over time; anything added to the Service Provider tier is included while your subscription is active.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

This is a quarterly subscription โ€” it renews automatically every three months until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, no hoops, no hard feelings. Cancelling simply stops the next renewal: you keep full access until the end of the quarter you've already paid for. I don't offer refunds, including part-refunds for the unused portion of a quarter.

Your login

One subscription = one service provider. Your login (your email address and the codes sent to it) is for you alone โ€” please don't share it with other service providers, contractors, team members, or clients. If someone else in your business needs access, they need their own subscription. Shared or resold logins can result in access being suspended or ended, without refund.

Client work and fair use

The Lab is licensed for hands-on client work, done by you. Right now there's no cap on the number of clients you can connect โ€” go for it. I do reserve the right to introduce reasonable fair-use limits down the track if usage patterns require it. If that ever happens, you'll get clear notice first, and any limits will be aimed at unusual usage (things like resold access or automated bulk building) โ€” never at genuine client work.

Charging your clients

Your build fees are 100% your business. Charge whatever you like for the quizzes, pages and checkouts you create with the Lab. No royalties, no revenue share, no "powered by" requirement on the work you deliver.

What your clients keep

Everything you install lives in your client's Kajabi account and belongs to them. It keeps working after you disconnect their account โ€” and even if your subscription ends. Your clients never need their own Glow-Up Lab account and never pay me anything.

What stays mine

The Glow-Up Lab itself โ€” the software, the designs, and the code behind the blocks, quizzes and checkouts โ€” remains my intellectual property. Your licence lets you build with the Lab and install the results on client sites. It does not let you copy, extract, resell or repackage the code or designs as your own templates, products, library or tool. And to be crystal clear on white-labelling: you're very welcome to present the finished work as your service โ€” but you must never present the Glow-Up Lab itself as your own tool.

Connecting client accounts

Only connect Kajabi accounts you're genuinely authorised to work on. Connections are made through Kajabi's own official login screen โ€” never ask a client for their password; you'll never need it. When an engagement wraps up, use the Disconnect button on the client's card. You're responsible for the work you do inside your clients' accounts.

Support

Support comes to you, from me โ€” use the Suggest Something button inside the Lab, or reply to any of my emails. Your clients are your customers: they contact you, and you contact me.

Playing fair

If these terms are seriously breached โ€” a shared login, resold access, repackaged code โ€” I can suspend or end your access without refund.

To the maximum extent the law allows, my liability in connection with the Lab is limited to the amount you've paid for your current subscription quarter.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If I do, I'll email you at the address on your subscription, and continuing to use the Lab after that counts as accepting the update.
