Kajabi Service Providers and Resources

LET’S TALK KAJABI SERVICE PROVIDERS

Well this blog has been a long time coming.

Do I write it…. OR not?

YES. It’s time.

Particularly as Kajabi has now pulled down it’s RESOURCES page…

I’m not sure why they did this, as I know it was super helpful for many Kajabians…

but they did nevertheless and now the famous list of helpful Kajabi Resources and Service Providers is no more….

Well, naturally I’m sad 😢 as I was on there….along with many of my Kajabi Service Provider mates….

Yes, believe it or not… there are many of us who are mates.

Kajabi has a way of bringing people together, from all corners of the world, that’s what makes its facebook group so incredible.

Kajabians helping Kajabians…

in all sorts of entrepreneurial questions…

it’s not all about “how do I use the program?”

Anyway, getting back to why I’m writing this.

How do I pick the right KAJABI Service Provider?

This is the question you should be asking…

Why?

Because not all Kajabi Service Providers are created equal, and not all do the same work.

This is super important for you to know.

Here’s a list of all the components you may need help with, in your Kajabi journey:

  • Website Design
  • Sales/Landing Page Design
  • Sales copy
  • Website copy
  • Graphic Design components
  • Course strategy
  • Course design
  • Course/Membership setup
  • Course content loading
  • FB ad help
  • Social media posts
  • Blog posts
  • Email sequences and broadcasts
  • Launches
  • Webinars
  • Funnels/Pipelines

Many tasks on the list above are highly specialised skills >>> that have taken YEARS to learn.

Some are tasks that a highly efficient Virtual Assistant could handle.

But all tasks should be handled by service providers that are efficient at using Kajabi…
—— not by people that have created their own course or site (once) and then decided they could easily do it for others….or by those with side-hustles on Fiverr….

Would you hand over your car to your neighbor if they said they just taught themselves how to replace their engine and did it on their car and it worked fine so now they’re an expert and could do yours too???

Hmmm… I guess you might… if they did it for free or super cheap, but I certainly wouldn’t.

I value expertise.

I value trusted businesses.

I value reviews from happy past customers.

I value results.

and most of all…..

I value people who really care about what they do, and genuinely are in it to serve…not just to make a quick buck.

But back to our list from above.

Would you agree that there’s a lot of different components on there?

And how could one person possibly be that highly skilled in all those areas?

Well…. maybe if they have an agency or team with all the people on it… sure.

You see, amongst my friends that were on the Kajabi Resources List,… we are all skilled in different areas.

And this is what you should be asking…. which skillset do I need help with?

Along with how long has the service provider been using Kajabi or in business serving other Kajabians?

Think about these:

  • Do you need your website built?
  • Do you need a pipeline for a launch?
  • Do you need help with your messaging or copy?
  • Do you desperately need a VA to help you run your email campaigns and get those blog posts done?

Once you know what you need, then it’s time to start looking.

And it’s time to start thinking about your budget.

Do you have the funds to hand over to pay for SPEED?

Because that’s really what you’re paying for… SPEED and EXPERTISE TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

How quickly will you get a return on your investment?

The next part of your search is what I call the “Match Factor”.

You have your own unique style and personality and way you work…. and so do service providers.

In order to get the absolute best outcome for your project, you need to find your ‘people’ - your ‘match’.

Once you do that…. getting your project done and completed to your requirements is a breeze… it’s easy because you get each other…. you’re a personality match.

But how do you know?

Simple - do your homework… your due diligence.

Look at the service providers website, facebook page, instagram page etc

- what’s the feeling you get, what’s the language they’ve used?

Is it casual, funny, serious, corporate, filled with spelling and grammar mistakes?

Do they tell you a bit about themselves in a way that makes you feel like you’ve known them forever?

And if they did that - does it make you feel uncomfortable because that’s not what you’re used to?   ie you’re strictly business and completely professional and don’t feel the need for that kind of relationship or chitchat?

Or is there nothing on their site about them?… and that leaves you with an icky feeling because it feels too impersonal?

What do other people say about them?

Do you see where I’m going with this?

Because it’s exactly the same thing I do with anyone that reaches out to work with me.

I know my type.

My best match… the person that I can create something wonderful for because we have similar values and we’re like-minded.

I don’t feel I’m being ‘mean’ if I tell you we’re not a match…in fact I’m doing you a favor…. you won’t get my best work… and that won’t be good for either of us.

At the end of the day your business is my business and I want to know any work I do is portfolio or case study worthy.

I’m here to serve you and provide you with something we’re both super proud of.

I want to know you’re smiling 😀when you think of our time together, not growling 😠at me because we weren’t a match.

I want to know the value provided exceeded your expectations and you’re happy to shout my name from the rooftops (or at least you want to put a little heart next to my name ❤️)

I’ve seen quite a few Kajabians in the FB group whinging and complaining about service providers and that’s a real shame.

I love the program and the people that are behind it, in it, and all around it…. so it upsets me hearing about stories of service providers not finishing jobs and disappearing OR worse the one I saw the other day where someone paid a service provider on Fiverr and the whole Kajabi site was destroyed and lost!!!!

But there’s always 2 sides to a story… and the one that’s often not discussed is a client NOT doing their homework and finding their match.

I am friends with some BIG personality service providers in the Kajabi FB group - and they are certainly not going to be a match for everyone (as I won’t be either)…. but are they amazingly skilled at what they do?

You better believe it.

Would I recommend them to you if I thought you might be a match for what your Kajabi needs are?

In a heartbeat.  And I do with gusto.

So the moral to this blog my fellow Kajabians…..

There is a service provider for every Entrepreneur and every type of Kajabi business.

If there’s a Kajabi service you need, and I’m either:

  • not a match
  • my waitlist is too long
  • or it’s not one of my genius zones….

please reach out to me and I will happily provide you with my own personal list of Kajabi experts.

Each and every one of them is highly skilled and talented in their own areas, and they all have different personalities.

Which I love.

The world would be pretty boring if we were all the same.

Wishing you fun and success on your Kajabi journey.
