Here's the quiz that started all this.
A few years ago I recreated a quiz for Denise Duffield-Thomas (one of Australia's best-known money mindset coaches), in Kajabi. Not a cute little five-questioner — a proper beast: 64 questions, 8 different archetypes, seriously clever scoring underneath.
Kajabi couldn't run something like that on a normal page. So I did what we all do… duct tape. Jotform to run the quiz. Zapier to send every answer back into Kajabi. It worked beautifully... but that's three tools (and two extra bills) doing one job.
Then Denise came back to me with one question: "Could we build it just in Kajabi… so we can stop paying for the other two?"
Challenge accepted. The whole thing rebuilt... all 64 questions, all 8 results, the scoring, the emails — living entirely inside Kajabi. No Jotform. No Zapier. Nothing extra to renew. Ever.
